How to Book Your Pet’s Stay

Booking your pet’s suite at Forest & Flock is easy:

1. Enquiry & Availability

Submit an enquiry through our Client Portal or via our website to check availability for your pet’s stay. We’ll confirm the right suite for your pet’s species and needs.

2. Health Check & Requirements

To ensure the wellbeing of all our guests, pets must have had a recent health check with an exotic pet veterinarian (within 12 months, or 6 months if they have a medical condition). Rabbits and ferrets must be up to date with vaccinations. Our team will also provide guidance on any pre-boarding health screening or specific testing required prior to your pet’s stay.

3. Confirm Your Booking

Once requirements are met, we’ll send you a boarding agreement form. A deposit may be required during peak holiday times to secure your pet’s suite.

4. Check-In & Settle In

Bring your pet (and any familiar food or items from home) on the day of check-in. Our team will settle them into their suite and keep you updated with photos and videos during their stay.

All guests receive twice-daily health and wellbeing checks by trained staff, with continuous monitoring throughout the day. What if my pet requires medication or special care?
